“The third star in 2019” is a connection between a husband and wife. Eva, 38, filed for divorce from her husband Michael, according to TMZ. The former America’s Next Top Model contestant reportedly submitted the paperwork on Tuesday in Georgia. She alleged that they had been living apart and sought the judge to dissolve their marriage.
Eva did not give a reason for the divorce, but she did state that there is no prospect of reconciliation because the marriage is permanently destroyed. The TV celebrity also asked for primary physical custody of the three young children that she and Michael share, as well as legal custody.
According to TMZ, Eva argued to the judge that she ought to be the parent with ultimate say in all matters pertaining to the children.She said that she is a qualified caregiver in the filing. Eva is requesting from Michael child support in addition to custody.
The RHOA star argued in her filing that her separated husband should help pay for their children’s hospitalization, medical, and dental costs. The model is attempting to divide their joint possessions equally as well as any debts they accrued during their partnership in terms of assets. The U.S. Sun requested a remark but did not receive a response right away.

Along with co-stars Cynthia Bailey and NeNe Leakes, she also celebrated her baby shower. Eva posted online diaries of her weight loss struggle after having her third kid.

QUITTING TIME
Fans were shocked when Eva abruptly decided to leave RHOA in 2020 after three seasons. She had joined the program as a friend in season 10 and was promoted to the main cast in seasons 11 and 12. “I value the link of friendship that I have formed with several of my cast mates, and the strong personal relationships
I have established with various executives and producers from Bravo and Really Original,” Eva stated in a statement to The U.S. Sun. “I am grateful for the opportunity I was given,” she continued.”But, after talking with my family and representatives, I think concentrating on other chances will better serve what I aim to accomplish for the culture and community.

Shortly before it was revealed that Eva would not be returning for season 13 of RHOA, the star shared a quote on Instagram Stories that hinted at her departure: “I look forward to serving my community on the Rickey Smiley Morning show and finding ways to be a voice during this transformational time in our country for people of color.”
Only an hour before sharing an announcement from the Rickey Smiley program, on which she appears as a radio presenter, revealing her departure from RHOA, she shared, “You’re about to be happier than you’ve ever been.”
