Returning for Season 4 are series regulars Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose, and Heather Gay. After reconciling their issues on the third season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, Rose and Gay finally get to reunite in front of the camera for the current season. Angie Katsanevas, a returning cast member, and Monica Garcia, a new addition, make out the principal cast.

Mary Cosby, who had previously appeared in an episode, is now one of the six women. She left the show at the end of Season 2 and never returned, not even for the Season 2 reunion. However, she received overwhelming support from viewers and was brought back on the program.
