Brodie Lee Cause Of Death: Jon Huber, better known as Mr. Brodie Lee in All Elite Wrestling, passed away recently, and the circumstances surrounding his passing have been made public. After the shocking news of Huber’s death at age 41 was posted to the Elite Wrestling Twitter account, his wife Amanda issued a message on Instagram explaining his passing. I never wanted to write out those words.
My heart is broken. The world saw him as the amazing [Brodie Lee] (fka Luke Harper), but he was also my best friend, my husband, and the greatest father you would ever meet, according to his wife’s statement, which also confirms that Huber died of lung complications unrelated to COVID-19.
To which she said, “The [Mayo Clinic] is truly the best team of doctors and nurses in the world who surrounded me with continual love. He passed surrounded by love ones after a hard fought fight with a non Covid-related lung condition.” In her statement, Amanda Huber continued, “On top of that, I can’t express my love and admiration for the way @allelitewrestling has treated not only my husband but myself and my kids.

When asked about Brodie Lee’s health before his death, Jim Ross was candid. AEW’s ring announcer reported that Lee, whose true name is Jon Huber, was suffering from double lung failure and was not a candidate for a lung transplant. Lee, only 41 years old, tragically passed away after doctors disconnected him from life support.
Since news of Brodie Lee’s death was disclosed on December 26, 2020, the wrestling community has come together in mourning.
