The Bachelor in Paradise season 8 premiere on October 24 delivered the promise of drama made by the season’s cast shake-up. This week’s couple features newcomers Kate Gallivan and Logan Palmer, who already have significant others (Kate with Jacob Rapini and Logan with Sarah Hamrick).
The love quadrangle complicated things (as Johnny DePhillipo put it, it’s Geometry Beach!), but Logan and Kate quickly agreed to cease their flings for each other. “After our chat, like, I’m confident of it,” Logan said to Kate. I’m ready for “whatever comes with that” if it means being with you, “and I want you.”

Kate concurred, stating they were “on the same page.” She broke up with Jacob and then took Logan on a massage date after receiving a “follow your heart” date card.” Since last night, I’ve had this sensation that there might be a stronger connection with someone else,” she remarked.
“And that someone else is Logan.” Jacob claimed he accepted the news well, although “it sucks in the time,” since he had “such much love for Logan.” After Sarah received Logan’s date, he pulled her away to break off their other relationship; she was “blindsided,” she said. She added in an interview, “You don’t get to just walk all over me,” and “karma is real.”
During their massage date, Logan remarked, “I haven’t felt something like this in a long time,” and that he suddenly felt as though he had known Kate for much longer than he actually had. This is the brightest spark I’ve ever experienced, and I believe it may lead to a commitment and the closing of other possibilities.

Is it fair to say that Paradise square was well worth the effort? If so, have Logan and Kate stayed together? Although Logan and Kate follow each other on Instagram, that isn’t exactly the most solid indicator, as both are very popular among the other Paradise candidates.
Reality Steve has reported on the relationship state of Logan and Kate, revealing the season’s shocks if you don’t mind Bachelor in Paradise spoilers. Reality Steve claims that Logan and Kate are not one of the successful couples of the season and that they eventually get divorced.
However, I know they do not break up to seek other individuals. At one point in the season, Kate allegedly expresses to Logan her disapproval of him going on a date with another newcomer to Paradise, as the Bachelor Nation commentator relays. Viewers will have to wait until later in the season to find out what factors led to their breakup.
