Alice in Borderland Season 3: Everything You Need to Know!

Alice in Borderland introduced us to a terrifying world full of riddles and grisly moments—the acid-dosing incident is still vivid in my memory. The show’s primary puzzle of “how did all these characters get to this world?” seems to have been answered by the end of season two. Fans were inevitably left wondering if there will ever be a season three.

How does Season 2 of Alice in Borderland end?

The season 2 conclusion of Alice in Borderland has a lot to process. To induce Arisu and Usagi to reveal their secrets, Mira, a.k.a. the Queen of Hearts, plays croquet with them while presenting them with various scenarios. They’re in a simulation that future people who were bored made? Nope! They’re androids that rich people wager on in sports, right?

Again, no! She offers them a more tenable theory when Arisu and Usagi press for the truth: Arisu is having trouble processing the deaths of his pals Karube and Chota, who, in his opinion, gave their lives to save him in the Seven of Hearts game, while they are in a mental institution.

This appears to be the whole truth for a short period, but it’s not. Usagi slits her wrists to awaken Arisu from her delusion, and as this is a love story, they can both resume their croquet game above all things. When they’re done, Mira is killed, but not before advising our heroes to live life to the fullest.

Then, before he awakens in a genuine hospital, Arisu gets to spend one more time with his pals (cries), which everyone in the Borderlands saw as sky fireworks turned out to be a meteorite hitting Tokyo, which wreaked destruction. Although Arisu survived the original bomb and has been teetering on the brink of death in the hospital, Karube and Chota were among the first casualties.

Other survivors in the same situation as he includes Usagi, whom he encountered in the Borderlands. Even though they don’t remember each other, Arisu and Usagi eventually reunite, and the scene shifts away from the hospital. It continues to pan until it comes to an outside table with some cards remaining. And all the cards vanish instantly, leaving only the Joker. The credits roll

There are no updates on the release date confirmation for Alice in bBorderlandseason 3. Fans are giving their opinions:

What does the Joker card represent?

The Joker is a member of the Alice in Borderland manga, upon which the television program is based. Instead of being a bad guy, he acts as a “ferryman” who helps individuals travel between the living and the dead. In other words, a neutral and inevitable party. Maybe the enigmatic card we see isn’t so much a cliffhanger as it reminds us that the Joker exists in this world and the one beyond. The original manga has a sequel in which we learn what happened to our heroes later in life.

What happens in the manga’s sequel?

In the follow-up, Alice in Borderland Retry, poor old Arisu experiences another close call while his wife is giving birth. (The wife’s identity will come as no surprise!) That’s an excellent starting point for a third season. The showrunners might also adopt the spinoff manga Alice on Border Road, which features distinct characters.

Although a third season has not yet been formally announced, Alice in Borderland was an excellent success for Netflix, so everyone is likely aware that more is needed. We’ll be alright if you don’t turn the games into a reality show.
