Alone, a survival show on the History Channel has been widely praised by fans and critics alike. There’s no better evidence of the show’s success than its nine seasons since its premiere in 2015. Competitors are put through their paces in distant wilderness areas with no human contact or worldly pleasures as part of the Alone challenge.

Alone Season 10 Plot
By taking only their backpacks’ worth of food and water, ten people attempt to live in the wilderness of Vancouver Island. They must hunt, make shelters, and guard against predators all while chronicling their adventure through harsh, brutal terrain.
The ultimate test of a person’s resolve, right? This is a simple story because it revolves around a familiar theme that most people are aware of. Every year a few competitors are launched and then spread out over the country.
Each participant must complete a challenge established by the show’s producers to remain on the show. Those that don’t measure up are immediately disqualified from the competition. They’ve worked tirelessly since the show’s nine-season run to produce another fantastic season.

How Do The Participants Get Selected For The Game?
More than 5,000 video submissions are received by the production team during the audition round. Only 20 of the 5,000 participants are chosen for the next round of testing. The 20 finalists then face off against a group of professionals. ALONE begins when a person’s survival skills allow them to win the challenges.
Each season of Alone is shot in a new location by the production crew. They take care to pick a place that has adequate space to accommodate ten solitary competitors. Fresh water and other survival supplies should also be available at the location.
The Alone team ensures that the contestants will not come into touch with each other and that each contestant receives the same quantity of resources in the land region they have chosen. The game begins in the fall and lasts into the winter, at which point it gets incredibly difficult to survive.
Alone staff frequently checks in on the participants to make sure they’re okay. Only the participants themselves record the events of their days, with no outside help from a camera crew. In addition to a standard equipment kit with medical supplies, each participant is issued with ten certified survival gears to pick from.
Satellite phones are available for competitors to use to withdraw from the tournament at any moment, for any reason. After they’ve withdrawn from the game, a medical team examines them. A cash reward of $500,000 will be given to the last competitor in the competition.
Alone Season 10 Release Date
No date has been set for the premiere of Alone season 10 as of this writing. According to various reports, Alone Season 10 is scheduled to begin production in early 2022, following the conclusion of Season 9. As a result, it will probably take at least a year for Discovery Plus to begin airing it.

As a result, assuming filming continues until December, the series will most likely broadcast on Discovery Plus in early 2023 or the fall of 2024.
