Former fashion model and actor Eric Barrett Winter hails from the United States. In television, he has played the following roles: FBI Special Agent Craig O’Laughlin on the CBS drama series The Mentalist (2010–2012) and Dash Gardiner on the Lifetime fantasy-drama series.
Witches of East End (2013–2014), Sergeant Tim Bradford on the ABC drama The Rookie, and Rex Brady on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives. Harold & Kumar’s Escape from Guantanamo Bay (2008) and The Ugly Truth (2009) are two of his film appearances.

Eric was married to actress Allison Ford from Coyote Ugly before he met Roselyn. However, Eric and Allison called it quits a few years after they tied the knot. 2005 saw the finalization of their divorce and the meeting of him and Roselyn, who had only broken up with her spouse three years before.

After meeting for the first time at a party, the two became friends. Roselyn accepted Eric’s 2007 proposal with a 4.3-carat diamond engagement ring, of course. The following November, the couple wed in front of 250 of their closest relatives and friends in a small ceremony.
Since then, Roselyn and Eric have also partnered in business. In addition to co-starring in Hallmark’s Taste of Summer, the two are currently working on a procedural drama series called HSI: Puerto Rico for CBS. Do they, however, have children?
Eric Winter Career
Prior to becoming an actor, Winter was a model who appeared in a number of well-known ads, including one print campaign for Tommy Hilfiger. He shared the screen with Britney Spears in an advertisement for her fragrance, Curious. From July 8, 2002, to July 26, 2005, Winter portrayed Rex Brady in the daytime soap opera Days of Our Lives.
He had a number of bit parts in TV series after leaving Days of Our Lives, including CSI, Love, Inc., Charmed, and Just Legal. He made five appearances as a guest star on ABC Family’s Wildfire. He played a bull-rider named R.J. Blake, who dated Nicole Tubiola’s character, Dani Davis. Blake was killed in the “Heartless” episode that debuted on February 28, 2007.
In the “The Boomerang Effect” episode of The Parkers, Winter also made an appearance. He made appearances in an episode of the CBS series The Ex-List as well as in the ABC drama Brothers & Sisters in a recurring role as Jason McCallister, the brother of Senator Robert McCallister (Rob Lowe) and the romantic interest of Kevin Walker (Matthew Rhys).
Winter was a regular on both Moonlight and the brief-lived CBS series Viva Laughlin. He can be seen in the feature films The Ugly Truth (2009) and Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay (2008). In the Lifetime television film Sundays at Tiffany’s (2010), Winter portrayed Michael’s buddy, Jane’s (Alyssa Milano) imaginary buddy.
