Then, in 2006, Travolta was caught on camera sharing a passionate lip lock with his male babysitter, an act he later explained away as merely playful. Another extremely public showing of affection occurred in 2007 when he kissed Kirk Douglas on the lips at an awards ceremony, sparking renewed speculation about their romantic relationship.
