Those of us left here on the “old neighborhood” named Earth were given some crucial information thanks to a blog post by Bethesda Game Studios. First, it announced when individuals who had purchased early access to Starfield may expect to begin playing.
On September 1 (or earlier! ), those who preordered or purchased the Premium Edition, Premium Edition Upgrade, or Constellation Edition will be able to blast off into the void. Standard edition owners will have to hold tight until September 6th.
Starfield will be available on August 31 at 5 pm PT/8 pm ET for users in the Eastern and Pacific time zones. For the full global release schedule, check the image below. That’s Monday, September 1 at 10 a.m. BST (1 a.m.
What is the Price of Starfield?
The base price for Starfield is $70. The Constellation Skin Pack, digital access to the Starfield Artbook and soundtrack, and the post-launch Shattered Space DLC are all included in the Premium Edition for $100. If you pre-ordered the Standard Edition and later decide you prefer the Premium Edition instead, you can do so for an additional $35.
The Starfield Constellation Edition, which includes a Starfield Chronomark watch and watch case and retails for $250, was released earlier this year but quickly sold out.

Does Xbox Game Pass Include Starfield?
Yes. When it debuts on September 6, it will be playable on Xbox Game Pass for consoles and PCs. Players who purchase a digital copy of Starfield on Xbox One will be able to transfer it to a PC without purchasing a second copy, thanks to the Xbox Play Anywhere feature.
There are varying monthly price points for Xbox Game Pass. The monthly fee for access on a single PC is $10, while access on an Xbox console costs $11. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate costs $17 per month and grants access to titles for both PC and Xbox, as well as cloud gaming.
