A little later in the story, we learn that five authors comprise the terrorist group, including Gogol and Dostoevsky. The Decay of the Angels has stolen a page from a magical book that has the power to alter the world as we know it. In the previous season, they mentioned the book. But the government labeled them as a threat before ADA could deal with it.

Previously in Bungo Stray Dogs Season 3 Episode 12, Akutagawa and Atsushi chased down Pushkin despite getting infected with the Cannibal virus. When Ivan, who had the ability to manipulate earth and rock, showed up, however, he managed to get away. Very quickly, the three got into a fight, and fortunately for Ivan, Akutagawa and Atushi came out on top, giving Ivan the opportunity to borrow their ability.
The weretiger’s claws could drain the skills of any victim. But Pushkin found an escape plan and ran out of the mine. Fukuzawa and the A.D.A. force eventually tracked him down, unfortunately. They arrested him and forced him to disable the virus. It was later learned that Fyodor wasn’t at the mine’s headquarters but rather was communicating with Ivan via radio.
But Dazai tracked down the cafe with the help of the ultimate security system, the Eyes of God. They later arrested Fyodor after he killed a man who approached him. The agents of the Armed Detective Agency went on a cruise later to celebrate their success. Atsushi and Dazai made a toast to the stray dogs.
