Usher is an ambitious mash-up of Edgar Allan Poe’s stories, incorporating several of his most well-known pieces into one narrative about a powerful family that experiences a string of inexplicable disasters.

Flanagan has established himself as the streamer’s literary horror maestro with his adaptations of Stephen King’s Gerald’s Game and Doctor Sleep, as well as The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor.

The official description: “In this wicked series based on the works of Edgar Allan Poe, ruthless siblings Roderick and Madeline Usher have built Fortunato Pharmaceuticals into an empire of wealth, privilege and power. But past secrets come to light when the heirs to the Usher dynasty start dying at the hands of a mysterious woman from their youth.”

The Fall of the House of Usher Release Date

The Fall of the House of Usher is scheduled to premiere on Netflix in the Fall of 2023. On October 12, the series will premiere. After all, Halloween is the perfect time to release a chilling remake.
