To honor his late brother’s memory and the memory of his family’s Chicago sandwich store, respected young chef Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto returns to his family’s business.

In the first season’s eight episodes, we watch Carm struggle with the restaurant’s financial problems, tensions among the employees, and his grief over his brother’s death.

The Bear has exceeded our wildest creative, critical, and commercial expectations,” said FX Entertainment president Eric Schrier in a statement.

Camry (Jeremy Allan White) spent the majority of season one trying to turn his family’s sandwich store into a well-known eatery after the murder of his brother, Michael (Jon Bernthal).

The restaurant’s development will most certainly continue in Season 2, although there will undoubtedly be setbacks.

Season 2 is anticipated to follow Carmy and the kitchen staff as they organize the establishment, create a new menu, and welcome customers.

FX has confirmed the return of The Bear season 2 but has not yet given a specific air date or time slot.
