Yes, you got it right!! As per the statement of Executive producer Shawn Levy, Stranger Things season 4 date will be out very soon.
During the Free Guy Press Run Levy answered that the new season announcement is due August 2021.
Levy answered “All I can say about {the release date} is by the time this airs, we’ll at least have given the world a ballpark. And I’m not allowed to say more. By the time Free Guy comes out, August 13th, part of that answer will be known” it is believed that by the August 13th, the release date of the show will be out.
This is certainly an exciting information. Fans were expecting this for long. We dream to watch the next season in the current year only. If this happens then we get the opportunity to experience the thrill by the later months of this year only.
Netflix already have a long list for the end of the year, so we may watch the show in the year 2022 only, told by Finn Wolfhard to a fan. Nothing is certain though, but it is more likely to happen as per the current lineup of the Netflix for the coming months of the year.
