Settings
The Tower
The tower is an occult framework that is exactly surrounded and hosts many exclusive environments. It is transpired by an element called Shinshu, which has unique properties similar to the magic in other comic universes. It is settled by many abstracted intelligent species. Living on the top floors is concerned with a supreme status in the Tower and better living conditions.
According to the author, each floor is the size of the North American continent. Each floor often has its own culture, language, and governance systems, and it is not abnormal to have nations living in segregation and stranger to the current tower.
Shinshu
Shinshu, roughly rendered as Divine Water, is a material found within the Tower in varying concentrations on each floor. On the lower floors, Shinshu is as diffuse and imperceptible as the wind.
However, on higher floors, Shishu increases in strength and concentration and is said to be vicious and flow like water.
Shinshu can be manipulated to enhance physical abilities, powerful weapons, and even manipulate the elements.
