This past week’s episode of “Saturday Night Live” featured a parody of Ye’s unwanted visit to the corporate office of Skechers. This happened when the rapper was losing more and more of his corporate connections due to his previous antisemitic comments.
Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, was taken out of a Skechers corporate office in Los Angeles on Wednesday by two of the company’s officials after he appeared there “unannounced,” according to a statement released by Skechers, which also condemned the rapper’s recent comments.
The parody begins with Cecily Strong posing as the marketing director of the shoe company Skechers and saying, “Here at Skechers, we pride ourselves on two things: making stylish, comfortable shoes at an affordable price and having zero tolerance for antisemitism.” Strong is playing the role of Skechers.

Ye has recently given interviews in which he has made some antisemitic comments. One of these comments was a post in which he promised to “death con three on Jewish people.”
Since then, the rapper has been fired from collaborations with many companies, including Adidas and the fashion label Balenciaga. These firings occurred just days before Ye turned up at the Skechers headquarters.
“But can we also note out that he selected Skechers of all the firms he could have approached and been rejected by?” Strong asked in the spoof. “But can we also point out that of all the companies he could have approached and been rejected by, Skechers?”
Although it was suggested that a Sketchers shoe partnership could be called the “Skeezy,” which refers to the rapper’s now-defunct “Yeezy” fashion line with Adidas, the spoof turns to the chief executive officer of MyPillow, Mike Lindell.

Bowen Yang, who portrayed a member of the Skechers corporate staff, offered the following commentary: “And besides, I’m sure Kanye will find some ethically problematic firm to partner with instead.”
Lindell, whose character is performed by James Austin Johnson, added, “He definitely will.” “It’s me, Mike Lindell, founder of MyPillow, and I’m glad to say that we are starting relations with Kanye West effective now,” Lindell wrote in an email. “I’m delighted to announce that we are happy to announce.”
As a result of Lindell’s ongoing support for unsubstantiated claims of widespread electoral fraud in the upcoming 2020 elections, the founder of MyPillow is now facing defamation lawsuits filed by two firms that manufacture voting machines.
