With Billboard magazine complimenting them for their “bright, synthpop sound that won over K-pop lovers from around the world” and placing them as one of the top-10 new K-pop groups that year, Astro had instant success in South Korea and Japan.
Moon Sua, a fellow K-pop artist and part of the group Billie, has since canceled and rescheduled her planned performances. Moon Bin is Moon Sua’s brother. Moon Bin and bandmate Sanha established Astro’s first side project, Moonbin & Sanha, and put out their debut album in 2020.
