A mysterious countdown clocking away on the official website will expire on December 10 at 12:30 PM EST, which coincides with the arrival of the iconic manga adaptation on Netflix amid mounting buzz surrounding the Berserk franchise. The clock is ticking, and fans have all sorts of hypotheses about what it means, from an upcoming anime adaptation to a major manga announcement.

The launch coincides with Netflix’s continuous push to include more anime on its streaming service, which has already added fan favorites like Death Note and will soon add fresh titles like Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre in early 2023.
There will be more Guts in the future thanks to the continuation of the manga and the publishing of works like Berserk: The Golden Arc – Memorial Edition, which honor Miura’s legacy while also continuing the Berserk story.
